Get more focussed with this simple trick!

Got some plans and ideas? But can't make it happen? Are you lacking FOCUS?

This is going to be a simple post.

As you all know, we end up in a chaotic state when we have a little too much on our plate.

However, it is never dealt with stressing but simply taking the necessary steps to getting what you truly desire.

A routine that we are currently trying to adapt to is making a to-do list every morning.

The to-do list covers every activity that you plan to carry out for the day which means that you do not wake up half way through the day still thinking about what you will be doing for the 'day'. A to-do list also helps you to create peace with your mind. You are able to confront the important things in your life which need attention and assure yourself about things which you plan to leave for after.

We believe that a to-do list will not only ensure that you are productive and working towards your goals, it will also benefit your mental health and add more faith in your ability to accomplish your wants and needs.

So, you are to basically give yourself instructions everyday, this way you know what you will be doing and are less likely to swerve off the track! A fact worth noting is not to be too hard on yourself. We understand your dreams, we BELIEVE in you, but you really have to think it out and alongside the journey also remember that you are not bound to these set of instructions.

If you cant make it to the last thing listed, its totally okay. if you couldn't follow the whole list because you're having a crappy day, that is ALSO okay. BUT, you are to come back and start where you left from.

It is all about being in control of your mind, rather then have IT control you.
